Veronica Bojerski MA LPCC CHt is a holistic mental health and wellness therapist/coach/hypnotherapist working with adults, adolescents, children and families.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Cleveland State University and a Master of Arts in Community Agency Counseling from John Carroll University and is licensed by the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Veronica has completed additional certifications including Yoga Teacher Training from Bhumi’s Yoga & Wellness, Cleveland, Ohio, and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy from The Wellness Institute in Washington. She has trained as a birthing Doula and is pursuing Integral BreathTherapy certification.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of mental/behavioral/holistic health, Veronica provides individual services and group programs that use traditional cognitive/behavioral as well as alternative, creative, mind-body and inner child/heart centered strategies. Much of Veronica’s work is supported by Law Of Attraction and Mindfulness principles…coming into alignment with your authentic self and finding resources for living your best life now.
Lastly, she has completed numerous continuing education courses and attended various annual conferences such as, but not limited to pregnancy/labor/delivery/postpartum support, parenting and attachment, relationships/personality disorders and using art/vision boards/writing for transformation.
Areas of interest and expertise include stress management, improving self esteem, releasing co-dependency/unhealthy relationships, life transitions/divorce/career/grief, weight loss and management, smoking cessation, ADHD/organization/time management, mother/daughter relationships/attachment and bonding, adolescent identity/transition/self injury issues, post partum mood disorders/female reproductive health, and chronic illness/pain management.
Veronica has been a guest presenter at university level courses and has led various instructional/creative workshops and group therapy programs. She enjoys pilates/yoga/meditation, aromatherapy, journaling, collage making, reading, volunteering, walking outdoors and dabbling in macrobiotic/organic cooking. She is available for speaking engagements on many of the above mentioned topics.
